Online Ordering and Delivery

The fastest way to purchase and receive maps from us is to order online. First, add the map products you want to your shopping basket, then proceed to checkout. During checkout select the Download Now! shipping option and then pay using our secure online payment system. Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Single map purchases, regardless of the number ordered, are not available for delivery on CD.

After your credit card has been authorized, your account will be activated, and the map files you ordered will be available for immediate download via our Download Now! automatically generated links (CD collections excluded). We will also e-mail your order and download information. Most maps are downloaded as Zip files so a version of WinZip is required to extract the actual map files to your computer.

CD collections can be ordered online but a USPS/UPS shipping method must be selected.

If you have any questions about an order placed through our store, you can call 740-412-5001 between the hours of 8am to 5pm EST for service.

If you anticipate purchasing maps from us more than once, you may elect to create an account with us. This will simplify the checkout process for subsequent visits by allowing your contact information to be saved and automatically recalled the next time you checkout. Creating an account is not a requirement for purchasing a map. Simply click on Place Order Without Account when you are ready to checkout without setting up an account.

Offline Ordering

If you do not wish to order online, you may fax your order to 614-833-6495 or call us at 740-412-5001 between the hours of 8am to 5pm EST. Please include your contact information - including e-mail address, credit card information, and the product codes for the products you wish to purchase. We will set up your order online, then e-mail you a URL that will allow to retrieve your files.
